What is NECDA?
The Network for Early Childhood Development Actors Uganda (NECDA) is a non-profit coalition that coordinates, equips, and amplifies actors working for children aged 0–8.
We believe collaboration beats silos, and that community voices must lead the early-years agenda.
Our Objectives
- Harmonize engagement among agencies and government on ECD coordination.
- Ensure meaningful civil-society representation in ECD policy and advocacy.
- Strengthen and sustain policy advocacy for increased ECD prioritization.
- Foster dialogue, networking, and shared learning.
- Generate and manage evidence for smarter decisions.
